We try to keep hogs in our hog barn but with current market demands that not always the case please call for availability 

Our current rate for hog processing is .70 live weight 

Pigs are wonderful animals i mean who doesn't love bacon!

We brown sugar cure our bacons for 3-4 days before hickory smoking them with real KY hickory!

30.00 curing charge 

Brats and Gut sausage is 1.00lb several flavors available upon req.
